1. Overview
Winsocialhub is an independent platform and a brand affiliate partner of WinCampaign.
All subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds are processed and managed directly by WinCampaign.
Winsocialhub does not process payments or issue refunds.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Initial Sign-Up Only)
WinCampaign offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new members.
Applies only to first-time sign-ups
Must be requested within 7 days of initial purchase
Eligible for a full refund
After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Monthly Subscription Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time
There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins
However:
No refunds are issued after the 7-day initial sign-up period
Cancelling stops future billing only
You will retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle
4. Important Refund Limitations
The 7-day refund policy:
Applies only to initial sign-ups
Does not apply to:
Subscription renewals
Recurring monthly payments
Plan upgrades
All subsequent payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Annual Plan Policy
The annual subscription covers 12 months upfront
Eligible for refund only within the first 7 days of initial purchase
After 7 days, the annual plan is non-refundable
You may cancel or downgrade after completing the full annual term.
6. Payment Plan (3–5 Month Plans)
For flexible payment plans:

You may request a one-time skip to defer a scheduled payment
✔️ Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, access to:
WinCampaign Hub
Done-for-you services (including WinBiggest Plan)
will be temporarily paused
Access resumes once payment is completed
✔️ Cancellations
You may cancel at any time
No refunds will be issued, including after renewal payments
7. Paused or Cancelled Subscriptions
Paused Subscriptions
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
Services resume once payments restart
Cancelled Subscriptions
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle
After that:
Hub access is removed
Done-for-you services are discontinued
8. Responsibility & Processing
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted directly through WinCampaign’s support system.
Winsocialhub:
Does not handle billing disputes
Does not issue refunds
Does not modify subscription terms
